    MMB FEES AND REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY 
    May 15, 2019
    Non-Refundable Commitment fee is due — $50.00 commitment fee reserves your position in the Competitive Marching Band All registration paperwork due. Including signed and notarized Participation/Medical and Commitment Forms.
    DCI Ticket $ Due — $50.00 / if camp fees are not paid in full DCI money will be refunded and ticket(s) will be made available to other students.

    TBD — Marching Shoe Order $40.00 — Due upon ordering and before pickup. There are a limited supply of used marching shoes available but most students will need to set aside funds to purchase these. 
    ​ALL CANCELLATIONS

    Before July 16, 2018 – McCracken County Band Boosters will keep 100% of the $50.00 Non-Refundable Commitment Fee, refunding balance paid.

    After July 16, 2018 – McCracken County Band Boosters will keep 50% Commitment Fee and any additional fees paid, no refunds.

    ​TOTAL MARCHING FEES - $250.00 Fees and additional charges for shoes and DCI Ticket may be paid in full at ​any time.
    Full, Monthly or $20 installment payments may be made online at www.mccrackenbands.org or by check payable to McCracken County Band Boosters. See link below.

    $25.00 off per student
    Family maximum of $500.00.

    PAYMENT AND PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT 
    By initialing/dating/sending this form, you are agreeing to participate in the McCracken County High School Marching Band for the 2019 Fall season.

    As a student member of this performing ensemble, it will be your responsibility to attend all scheduled camps, rehearsals, parades, football games, community performances and competitions and to observe all behavioral guidelines as outlined in the McCracken Band Handbook unless approved by Mr. Lovell (    https://www.mccrackenbands.org/requestforabsence.html). Your assistance in funding this program and your monetary support is necessary for the success of the program and you agree to help in those efforts as best you can.

    ​In addition to participation, you are agreeing to pay the fees associated with this activity, which are outlined above, and fully understand the McCracken County High School Band Boosters Refund and Cancellation policy. 


    Percussion Camp - July 8-12 - Times: 9:00am - 4:00pm

    Guard Camp - July 8-12 - Times: 8:00am - 5:00pm

    Full Band Camp - All Band / Guard / Percussion Members
    July 15-19 - 8:00am - 5:00pm
    July 22-26 - 8:00am - 5:00pm

    ​All rehearsals are located at MCHS. No Sundays.
    This form must be submitted to Mr. Lovell by May 3rd in order to reserve a spot for next year's show. This deadline is necessary to begin writing the drill for the upcoming season. Drill will be written based on the numbers of students who return forms. This form is considered a signed document expressing agreement of all financial/time commitments to become a member of the 2019 MUSTANG COMPETITIVE Band / Guard.
