Due to the arrangement with the Clarion Hotel the Band Boosters will pay for your hotel room with their funds in order to get the room at this cost. You may pay the Boosters with a check tomorrow when you arrive at school or you through PayPal. Please note that there is a fee included when you pay via PayPal. 

Also, if you are leaving town before the band and arriving at the hotel please give me a call or text me at 270.217.4396 let me know if you are not arriving with the band.

This is the break down of the charges.
Paying by Check = no additional fees pay $141.99   (1/3 of the room would be $47.33)
PayPal = $129.00 (room charge) + $12.99 (10.07%) = $141.99 x 2.2% + $.30 = $145.41      (1/3 of the room would be $48.47)

PayPal charges 2.2% + $.30 in fees.
